What information is submitted through Jiu-Jitsu Near Me and the services used to operate the directory.
Scope
This notice describes the directory's current application features. Jiu-Jitsu Near Me is the publishing name used by the directory created by Jeremy Doromal. You can submit privacy questions through the contact page without including additional sensitive information.
Information you submit
The gym-claim form asks for a gym name, contact name and email, with optional phone, website and ownership information. Contact and correction requests ask for an email, subject, message and optional page URL. We use these submissions to investigate, respond and maintain records of the request. Do not send payment information, medical records or children's personal information.
Hosting and storage
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for stored directory data and form submissions. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Server requests can include technical information such as IP address, browser information and referring URL; the claim endpoint also stores a referring URL. Provider terms and settings govern their own processing.
Links and measurement
Following a gym website, source citation or other external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Editorial click events can be exposed within your browser for configured measurement; this implementation does not itself send those events to a third-party analytics service. Adding analytics or advertising requires reviewing and updating this notice and any applicable consent setup.
Requests and retention
Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Include only enough information to locate the request. Identity verification may be needed. We retain records while needed to investigate and handle a request or maintain directory accuracy, subject to applicable requirements; the application does not currently implement an automatic deletion schedule.
