Corrections policy
Report inaccurate BJJ article claims or gym details and learn how corrections are assessed.
Report a specific issue
Send the page URL, the statement or field you believe is wrong, a proposed correction and supporting evidence through our contact page. Do not include medical records, payment details or information about children. Gym owners can also submit an ownership claim.
How we assess a report
We compare the report with available records and authoritative sources, and may request confirmation from the relevant owner or specialist. A submitted claim is not automatically accepted. We do not promise a response deadline; urgent medical or safeguarding concerns should go to the appropriate professional or authority.
Material changes
For a material article correction, update the visible explanation, sources and material-modification date together. Preserve the original publication date. A spelling correction does not justify resetting an article's date.
Disputed information
If evidence remains incomplete, describe the uncertainty or remove the unsupported assertion. A directory record can be outdated even when it previously matched its source. A correction request is not proof of misconduct by a gym or an individual.
